Plant Based Spring Cleanse

When considering or adopting a plant-based diet there’s understandable apprehension about where to get core nutrients from.
During the workshop, we’ll be showcasing 4 dishes and food types that are packed full of iron, protein and key nutrients such as B12.
We’ll kick things off with a short presentation before running through 4 new plant-based recipes. This workshop will be a lot more hands-on than previous events. For 2 of the dishes, we’ll be splitting into 4 groups, with each group cooking there own version of the dish.
As usual, we’ll finish by providing our favourite plant-based podcast, waste-free stores and restaurants but with a fresh set of recommendations.
